Luxury personified, the Audi brand, a division of the parent Volkswagen, has set the roads in India ablaze with the recently introduced Audi A8L. The mean machine has been raging the global road ever since its unveiling at the Audi Convention Barcelona, and the Indian fans of the luxury can now indulge themselves after a rather long wait. And after a successful run of its previous offerings, the German luxury car manufacturer, has introduced this flagship sedan, the new Audi A8 L, in its new avatar.
The Audi A8L, now in its fourth generation, has a refreshed exterior design with a widened, sportier single-frame grille and integrated
chrome angles and ultra-luxurious interiors designed to be the epitome of luxury and comfort with a focus on technology and connectivity. Powered by a dynamic 3.0L TFSI (petrol), 48V mild-hybrid engine, the new Audi A8 L produces 340 hp and 500 Nm torque.
The Audi A8 L claims to accelerate from 0-100 kmph in a mind-blowing 5.7 seconds timeframe. The sedan thus provides a benchmark for ‘Vorsprung durch Technik’ – with a new design language and a host of luxury features and technology options.
