Aam Panna/panha or Salty and sweet Green Mango Juice

Ingredients

Raw mango 3 Nos.

(250 grams)

Cardamom powder ½ teaspoon

Sugar 1¼ cups

(150 grams)

Salt 1 tablespoon

Chilled water 8 cups (1 ltr.)

METHOD

1 Boil raw mangoes in water until soft. Cool, peel and extract pulp.

2 Mix chilled water, sugar and the pulp and stir until sugar gets dissolved.

3 Add salt and cardamom powder and mix well.

4 Serve chilled with ice cubes.
