Ingredients
Fresh mango pulp 3 cups (750 ml)
Whipped cream 200 m
Castor sugar 200 grams
Gelatin 10 grams
(1 tablespoon)
Glasses for mousse 6
Fresh mango slices for garnishing
METHOD
1. Dissolve gelatin in ¼ cup of warm water.
2. Take a bowl and pour mango pulp into it. Add dissolved gelatin to it and mix well.
3. Whisk the cream until fluffy
and add it to mango pulp and mix well.
4. Pour the prepared mixture into mousse glasses and refrigerate for four hours.
5. Garnish it with whipped cream and fresh mango cubes.
