
Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) announced the signing of its 25th property in Goa: a new greenfield resort in South Goa near Colva Beach, branded under the Gateway portfolio. Developed in partnership with Dempo Business House, the 175-key Gateway Resort on
Colva Beach Road will be spread across 2.9 acres and offer views of the beach.
The resort will feature multiple dining options including an all-day diner, specialty restaurant and bar, along with amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness centre and treatment rooms. A ballroom of approximately 7000 sq ft with expansive outdoor lawns will make it an ideal destination for social gatherings, weddings and corporate events.
