Heat the oil in a pan; add mustard seeds and remove when they begin to splutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Grind the grated coconut, fried mustard seeds, chilli powder, tamarind pulp, jaggery and salt with \u00bc cup of water to a fine paste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.
