{"id":109,"date":"2022-06-26T10:50:22","date_gmt":"2022-06-26T10:50:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tdi_47_069"},"modified":"2022-06-30T11:21:56","modified_gmt":"2022-06-30T11:21:56","slug":"erik-jones-has-day-he-wont-soon-forget-as-denny-backup","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vivagoaonline.in\/index.php\/2022\/06\/26\/erik-jones-has-day-he-wont-soon-forget-as-denny-backup\/","title":{"rendered":"Kalakand"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>Grated paneer 3 cups ( 600 grams)<\/p>\n<p>Condensed milk 400 ml (1 tin)<\/p>\n<p>Green cardamom powder \u00bd teaspoon<\/p>\n<p>Pistachios, finely chopped 15 nos<\/p>\n<p>Solid ghee 2 tablespoons<\/p>\n<p>Method<\/p>\n<p>1 Grease a medium-sized plate with one teaspoon of ghee and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>2 Take a bowl, add paneer, condensed milk and cardamom powder, mix well and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>3 Heat remaining ghee in a pan, add the paneer and condensed milk mixture to it. Cook on a low flame, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens and leave the sides of the pan. (Approximately 15 minutes)<\/p>\n<p>4 Pour this mixture on a greased plate and spread it evenly with a spatula to one-inch thickness.<\/p>\n<p>5 Sprinkle pistachios on the top and gently press them in with a spatula. Allow it to cool.<\/p>\n<p>6 Cut it into square pieces and serve at room temperature or cold.<\/p>\n<p>NB: Kalakand taste better at room temperature.
